Executive Assistant to the CFO/COO & Office Manager
Erin Hollars is an Executive Assistant to the CFO/COO and the Office Manager. In these roles, Erin coordinates administrative tasks for the CFO/COO and staff, to include schedule and office management, travel arrangements, and leadership team support, as needed. Along with managing reception, Erin oversees facility operations, event planning and the opening and maintenance of our new office sites.
Upon joining Pennybacker in 2018, Erin brought with her 10 years of experience in assisting executives as well as 18 years of management and leadership experience. Prior to Pennybacker, Erin worked as the Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO of Mountain Medical Group, in Boulder, Colorado, and before that as an Executive Assistant to a Regional VP at Waddell & Reed, in Kansas City, Missouri.
Erin attended Kansas State University and holds an Associates of Applied Science in Apparel Textile & Marketing.
