Timothy P. Berry

Mr. Berry is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pennybacker Capital.  Mr. Berry’s primary responsibilities include overall company strategy, client service and investor relations, establishing Pennybacker Capital's investment mandate, sourcing and negotiating investment opportunities, and heading the firm’s Investment Committee.

Prior to forming Pennybacker Capital, Mr. Berry previously co-founded N3 Development.  While leading N3 Development through five years of growth, he successfully built a team that acquired, developed, and retail, land, office, and residential projects across 14 states with a primary focus on Texas.  Mr. Berry divested his interests in N3 Development in 2007.

Prior to forming N3 Development in 2003, Mr. Berry was with Deloitte, where his primary focus was in a restructuring advisory role.  Prior to joining Deloitte, he worked for Qualcomm, Inc. (Strategic Investments Group) and KPMG Corporate Finance, LLC.

Mr. Berry received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Houston and a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.  He also received his MBA from Columbia Business School and an additional MBA from London Business School.  Mr. Berry is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin and serves on the Small Scale Development Council of the Urban Land Institute.
